From 2017 to 2023, I visited the United States of America and Canada and attended an institute run by the Securities and Exchange Commission, United States. The US Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, DC, awarded me some training certificates. I have some expertise in the global market and discovered that there is a significant disparity in corporate culture between European countries and our sectors. Our regulatory departments, such as the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, are working quickly to develop and implement new and rapid methods in their regulatory requirements to promote better corporate culture and support Pakistan’s business community.


There are several reasons why this gap has developed.

1. Most industries do not priorities their Secretarial Departments, which are the most crucial element of the organization.
2. Lack of Expertise.
3. Non-cooperative Regulatory Bodies, etc.
   
4. Compliance status is not presented to the Board.
   
5. Not focusing on the timelines of compliances.
